Quack!

I've restored most DCF posts from a backup copy. It's available here: https://inducks.org/fr/richard/dcf/dcf_static.tgz. This is a tar-gzip archive of a 14 MB html page which may be slow to load on a browser. But it's safe, this is really just simple HTML.
