en MDS hears an awful laughter. She checks with her crystal ball, and finds out that US will evict somebody. MDS destroys US's phone lines. US sends the eviction notice by carrier pigeon. MDS catches the carrier pigeon and finds out that she is being evicted herself. MDS gets hold of Warlock the greatest of all wizards (he's retired) by a magic formula. Warlock's magic tricks scare US out of the castle when he has evicted Magica. US signs the castle over to Magica for 5000 years
