Mickey, Goofy and Eega Beeva get involved in three major cases: a group of spies led by a Mister "X" kidnap Eega Beeva in order to get the details of a rocket that he is developing for the government; a cruise liner is hijacked by Pete and his gang who all wear t-shirts with the letter "Y" on them; and the investigation into the mysterious draining of a lake leads to a mad scientist who plans to conquer the world with a hypnotic gas called the "Z".
