I like the concept behind the story and I love HOW it's written (Donald treating PK as a separate person is always interesting!) but I don't enjoy the implication that this is going to go on forever, since it is still exploitation at the end of the day.
(The story seems to imply that Scrooge uses the list as an excuse to buy things for Donald and as an excuse to hang out, which is a great concept, but the fact remains that in every other comic, the list is just used for getting Donald to do things he doesn't want to do and so framing it as a good thing feels REALLY weird.) |
