I don't think that the "1961" in DB1+388 is a print error:
D1+382 (
http://coa.inducks.or...es/DB1+382) is the oldest indexed issue showing 1961. Further backwards next indexed issue is 367 (
http://coa.inducks.or...es/DB1+367) from 1960.
D1+414 (
http://coa.inducks.or...es/DB1+414) is the newest indexed issue showing 1961. Further forwards next indexed issue is 462 (
http://coa.inducks.or...es/DB1+462) from 1962.
Shortly:
#367- (c) 1960
<nothing indexed> somewhere here changed the year
#382- (c) 1961
<everything indexed shows 1961, including 388>
#414- (c) 1961
<nothing indexed> somewhere here changed the year
#462- (c) 1962
If it was published weekly, and a year has 52 weeks the number of publications showing 1961 must be lower than 52: 414-382=32<52
And between any two issues showing 2 years difference (1960-1962) must be less than 52x2=104 publications: 462-367=95<104
Everything is a little complicated, but the indexed info is enough to show that a weekly publication between 1960 and 1962 is compatible with the number of issues printed. So the dates appear to be right (I think is improbable that such a print error lasts over almost 100 books, moreover if the supposed erroneous text, the year number, changes in between)
