locked

What should the field look like?
Syntax: This field is only used in a column in the ISV-files.

What does the field contain?
Indicates whether the data of items in an input file can be changed on-line (via COA). Some indexes cannot be changed on-line because the data is generated from other sources (an off-line index), generated by Dizni (derived from other data), or because the maintainer of the data wants to keep full control.

The locked-data is given in a DBX file:
For issue indexes (*.dbi) in countries.dbx.
For story indexes (*.dbs, *.fsb) in storyfiles.dbx.
For translation files (heroes-*.dbl, subserie-*.dbl etc.) in languages.dbx.
For various other files (*.dbl, *.dbs) in legendfiles.dbx.

Which log messages are related to this field?

maintenanceteam

What should the field look like?
Syntax: [maintenanceteam:xxx]

In FSB files: The value given in the file header: default maintenanceteam=xxx.

The tag [maintenanceteam:] currently occurs (approximately) 489 times in the input files.

What does the field contain?
The team of maintainers of the input data. This is used to determine the logfile in which error messages about the input are written.

Also, this field can be used to determine who needs to be contacted when someone wants to comment on an index.

If this field is used on an h1 header in a DBI file, this means that all issues covered by this header have the same maintenance team, unless this is overruled by a maintenanceteam on an h2 or h3 header.
If this field is used on an h2 header in a DBI file, this means that all issues covered by this header have the same maintenance team, unless this is overruled by a maintenanceteam on an h3 header.

The default maintenance team of DBI data is determined in the file countries.dbx.

Apart from the DBI files, other input files also have maintenance teams:
Maintenance teams of DBS files are specified in the file storyfiles.dbx.
Maintenance teams of translation DBL files are specified in the file languages.dbx.
Maintenance teams of various DBX, DBL, DBH files are specified in the file legendfiles.dbx.
