Below, "positions" are number of characters on a line (including spaces), counting from 1.
This format is used in the file creators.dbl.
A comment line is empty, or starts with a space.
Fixed position fields:
- starting on position 1, length 4: abbrev (a '0' indicates that the field is empty)
The name starts on position 5. Other fields are behind that.
