VARIOUS COUNTRY FIELDS
abbrev
What should the field look like? |

The 2-letter abbreviation of a country.
Examples:
au = Australia
be = Belgium

We use the standard country abbreviations like in Internet addresses.
Two countries have a special impact:
- gy (Guyana): if a file
extra.dbi is used, the issues are assumed to be of this country.
- zz: An issue index of this country is generated by COA. Its only purpose is to add web-input descriptions to the stories. Other information from zz.dbi is ignored.

NOTE: items in a DBI file that:
- have a storycode which starts with Q + countrycode + /, and
- have a storycode that is "compatible" to the issuecode,
are also regarded a "storyitem", even if this is not mentioned in autostoryitemstarts.
