The favourite year of... Roy Kooijman

My favorite years are pure youth sentiment. I got my first weeklies in 1982, my uncle and aunt had some older copies from 1978 ff. I still remember that when I was there I wanted to read those for the long adventure stories. But they laid somewhere on the attic and were only taken out on some occasions like the holidays, and obviously it took me a while before I could read them. This only added to the excitement which longer "to be continued..." stories would appear. Now I have collected almost all weeklies, which are more than 2500 at the moment. So I can't exactly tell which is my favorite year but to name one I would pick 1982, because that was the year that I layed my hands on my first weekly and got hooked on.
