New! Colour-TV!
In the first Dutch print of this story, in 1968, Donald watches a colour TV.
Something special in those days. In the reprint in 1990, the TV has become a wide-screen TV.
If they'll ever reprint the story again, they'll have to think of something else
again: wide-screen TV has already become common too...

Wanted: Ballpoint-Eddy (very dangerous)
From time to time, artists enjoy drawing other artists or writers in a story.
Here two examples: Balpennen-Edje (Ballpoint-Eddy) is Ed van Schuijlenburg.
Here shown by Mau Heymans (in weekly 39, 1990).
The second example exists of two 1-page gags, both written by Jan Kruse and drawn by
Mark de Jonge. They appeared in 2 consecutive Weeklies (issues 11 and 12 of 1991).
The person shown is Jan Kruse. The accompanying texts are
"THIS AND THAT - Kruse on 999. Will Jan reach the 1000?" and
"THE IDEA - Member of the Club of 1000, Jubiland Kruse".
These texts suggest that the pages are Kruse's 999th and 1000th, respectively.
